Statement Polymer Clay Handmade Beaded Necklaces

This is just a small selection of my statement handmade beaded necklaces available. Polymer clay is an amazing material because I can make any colour by mixing and blending the clays like paint to create just what I'm after. 

I try to keep the shapes of the beads simple and go for hand rolled round beads, cylinder shapes, tubes, squares, flat heishi disc beads and simple stick designed beads and I let the colour be the focal point of the design.  I make every single bead by hand and blend all of the colours by hand using the basic primary shades with black and white or I mix Artists' pigments into white clay. I use Cernit and Polyform's Sculpey Premo polymer clays as each brand has it's own unique properties.

It takes me a ridiculous amount of time to blend the clays and hand make the beads but I love doing it and to see the end result created into a bright and beautiful necklace is very pleasing. 

There's no limit to the colour choices and the designs can be adapted to your choice of length, bead size and shape so please do not hesitate to contact me if you'd like me to design you something special.
